PURPOSE:To prevent pyrolysate, adhered to and stagnated in a resin flow passage, from adhering to a newly set screen as much as possible, by a method wherein a slide plate, provided slidably and orthogonally to the resin flow passage, is provided with screens and an idle extrusion hole, which are provided in parallel in the resin flow passage and switched selectively by the sliding of said plate. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of screens 16, 17 and an idle extrusion hole 10 are arranged in a resin flow passage 5 and switched selectively while the left side screen 16 is arranged in the resin flow passage 5 whereby impurities or the like in resin, flowing through the resin flow passage 5, is arrested by the screen 16. The resin, leaked out of a sliding part between the front surface 6a of a slide plate 6 and a fore bush 19 in contact with the front surface 6a, is heated by a temperature keeping heater 12 and pyrolysate S is generated while the pyrolysate S adheres to and remains in the front surface 6a of the slide plate 6 and the outer surfaces of the fore bush 19 and a regulating ring 18. |
