<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a package which can be simply assembled by forming a bed for placing a pellet by opening a hole on the upper surface of an enclosure of plastic, and extending inner leads extended from the side surface of the enclosure to the vicinity of the bed. CONSTITUTION:A hole 22 is opened at the upper surface of a plastic package 21, and a pellet 26 is placed on a central bed 23. Inner leads 24 which are connected to outer leads 25 are disposed in the vicinity of the bed 23, connected to a pellet 26, and the hole 22 is blocked with molten plastic 27. When the plastic 27 is formed to be transparent, it may be used for EP-ROM, and is adapted for a many type small production in a simple assembling.</p> |
