<p>PURPOSE:To increase productivity of packs by forming respective powdered areas placed both longitudinally and laterally at every required distance on a first sheet and making a layer laminated with a second sheet on said first sheet to make a laminate by directly adhering the sheet in the non-powdered areas. CONSTITUTION:Powder 5 is scattered on a first sheet 1 from several powder scattering devices 2, which are arranged at every required distance to open intermittently the discharging outlet thereof, conveying the first sheet 1 along a guide roll 11. Other space occupied by the powdered areas 3 comprises non- powdered area 4. Thereafter, a second sheet 6 is laminated thereon to make a laminate 7, and bonded by a pressing roll 8 to be an integral body of the laminate 7 directly with both the first and the second sheets bonded in the non-powdered area 4. As a direct bonding method, an adhesive is applied at the non-powdered area 4 for instance.</p> |
