<p>PURPOSE:To improve the fitting characteristic of a floor carpet by thermally welding in an integrated form, a rear heater duct having a fabric material on the surface thereof and the floor carpet having a thermally fusible packing material on the rear face. CONSTITUTION:A fabric material 21 is fit on the surface 20 of a rear heater duct 3 in the area where the duct touches a floor carpet 12, while the floor carpet 12 is made of a thermally fusible packing material 14. Both the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12 are disposed in the shaping mold of the carpet 12 and the packing material 14 and the fabric material 21 are thermally welded to each other in the integrated form in advance at the same time when the floor carpet 12 is shaped. The floor carpet 12 and the rear heater duct 3 which are integrally formed in advance are disposed on the floor panel 1 to cover it and the floor carpet 12 is then properly stuck to the panel 1.</p> |
