PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting material suitable for producing a photoelectric transfer device producible in one piece by using a superconductor for a photoelectric transfer part having photoelectric transfer efficiency and a peripheral circuit part, comprising a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:The superconducting material is shown by a general formula RrXxZzDdeltaAalpha. In the formula, R is at least one element of Sc, Y, La and lanthanide group; X is at least one element of IIa group; Z is at least one element of transition metal elements; D is at least one element of group VIa; A is at least one of B, C, N and F; r is about 1 or 0; x is 1.4-2.1; z is 2.4-3.2; deltais 5.0-9.0; alpha is 0-0.5. Each component element may simultaneously contain two or more elements in each group. |
