PURPOSE:To easily execute the transferring of information even with operating a system and to decrease the burden of an operator by automatically transferring changed contents to a terminal equipment when there is the change of a program or data in a host computer side. CONSTITUTION:Identifying information, which are stored to respective identifying information storing parts 13 and 23 of a host computer 1 and terminal equipments 2a and 2b, are compared by a transferring control means 11. When these identifying are dissident, the program or the data, which are stored to an operating information storing part 12 of the host computer 1, are transferred to an operating information storing part 22 of the terminal equipment 2a and changed. Further, the identifying information, which are stored to the identifying information storing part 23 of the terminal equipment 2a, are rewritten to the identifying information which are stored to the identifying information storing part 13 of the host computer 1. Thus, without inserting the power source of the system or executing the transferring command with the operator, the transferring of the information can be easily executed even with operating the system, the burden of the operator is decreased and the processing efficiency of the system can be improved.
