PURPOSE: To save heat quantity and to shorten time for boiling by forming the spout holes of steam or hot water inside a freely rotatable boiling basket arranged inside a boiling tub. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a boiling tub 1 and boiling basket bodies 2, 2' and 2" arranged inside the tub 1 so as to be freely rotated. On steam pipes 3 arranged inside these boiling basket bodies 2, 2' and 2", steam spout holes are formed. Then, when noodles sent from a noodle-making machine are put into the boiling basket 2 on the first stage, steam is spouted out of the steam pipes 3, hot water is heated and in this hot water, noodles are boiled. Thus, hot water at positions closest to noodles is heated and the noodles are almost simultaneously boiled up from the inside and the outside. As a result, the heat quantity is saved and time for boiling is shortened. |
