PURPOSE:To enable electrode layers to be formed averting the unfavorable effect of a solvent by a method wherein the electrode layers are replicated from an electrode sheet comprising electrode layers and a base film to an unfired ceramic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A hot plate 16 heated by heaters 17 is arranged on one side of a base film 13a whereon electrode layers 15 are not formed by printing process. On the other hand, a base film 13 and an unfired ceramic sheet 14 fixed on a base 12 are arranged on the other side of the base film 13a whereon the electrode layers 15 are formed. Next, the electrode layers 15 formed on the rear side of film 13a are thermo-pressure fixed on the surface of the sheet 14 by the hot plate 16. The electrode layers 15 on the film 13a are replicated on the surface of the sheet 14 by the hot plate 16 to form the other replicated electrode layers 18. Through these procedures, the sheet 14 are prevented from being corroded or swelled by a solvent contained in electrode ink so that even a thin ceramic raw sheet may be hardly shortcircuited. |
