The invention concerns a form attachment to be used for casting electricity boxes in wall or ceiling elements. The form attachment consists of a cover 1 intended to be secured on the mould, and a bolt 2 which is integral with the cover and is provided with a spike channel 5 and threads. When the cover 1 is secured on the mould, the box 10 is engaged on the bolt 2 and locked with a nut 8 on the underside of the box 10. After casting, the form is dismantled and the attachment is unthreaded from the box 10, the nut 8 remaining under the box and sealing off the hole in its base. <IMAGE> |
