The present invention relates to a gyrostabilised projectile particularly intended for anti-aircraft defence, of the type comprising an approximately axisymmetrical explosive charge 9 with a peripheral casing which generates wounding explosions. It is characterised in that the casing, constituting the body of the projectile, has at least two angular sectors arranged evenly around its periphery made up of concave small plates 5 of wounding shrapnel 6 for focusing layers of shrapnel in at least two predetermined directions.
