<p>A device for manufacturing annular coils (1) of wire or similar comprises essentially a rotationally driven winding element (14) with a plurality of slideways (15) extending radially from a central hub (13); winding jaws (16) which can be slid to and fro or held stationary on the slideways (15) by a drive element (24) and the distance of which from the hub (13) determines the diameter of the annular coil (1); and rigid clamping pins (29) projecting from the slideways (15), which clamp the beginning (3) of a wire when a winding jaw is pushed as far as the corrresponding pin (27).</p> |
