NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [m is 0-2; n is 1-3; R<1> is alkyl, heterocyclyl bound with N, NR<5>R<6> (R<5>, R<6> are alkyl, aralkyl); R<2> is phenyl, naphthyl, cyclohexyl; R<3> is heteroaryl, phenyl, alkyl; R<4> is alkyl which may be substituted (with heterocyclyl, pyridyl, hydroxyl and the like); R<4>' is H, alkyl] and its salts. EXAMPLE:N-[ (2R)-3-Morpholinocarbonyl-2-(1-naphthylmethyl)propionyl ]-(4-thia zolyl)-L-alanyl-cyclostachin-(2-morpholinoethyl)amide. USE:A diagnostic and remedy for hypertension based on the renin-angiotensin system. It is excellent in solubility in water, oral absorption, biological utility and useful in oral administration. PREPARATION:The peptide synthesis according to the reaction route given in the figure gives the peptide of formula I. |
