The electroconductive paste comprises (A) globular Zn powder of below 15 micrometer 100wt.%, (B) glass powder 0.01-10 wt.% (softening point 400-800 deg.C, i.e. PbO-B2O3-SiO2, PbO-B2O3 or ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass powder, (C) organo Ti compds. 0.01-14.99 wt.% i.e. Ti(O-C17H35)4, Ti(O-iC3H7)2 [OC(CH3)CHCOCH3!2, sum of (B) and (C) are below 15wt.% (D) vehicle 19-21 wt.% for making paste state i.e. α-terpineol contg. ethyl or nitrocellulose or polyvinyl alcohol 20wt.% and (E) additive 0.01-5 wt.% selected from Pb3O4, Bi2O3, Pr6O11, CuO, CdO. The prepd. paste is useful for ceramic condensers, ceramic thermisters and ceramic varistors. |
