<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled electrode which is excellent in corrosion resistance, oxidation inhibiting property and mechanical strength, and can be used for the purpose for bringing into contact directly to the outside, by forming successively a transparent electrode film, and an anisotropic conductive film in which metal particles are brought to monodispersion in an organic binder or an inorganic binder, on a transparent insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode film 2, and an anisotropic conductive film 3 in which metal particles 4 are brought to monodispersion in an organic binder or an inorganic binder are formed successively on a transparent insulating substrate 1. Through the metal particles 4 brought to monodispersion, the lower transparent electrode film 2 is allowed to conduct and an input is executed. Also, the transparent electrode film 2 is protected so as not to be brought into contact directly with the outside, by its upper anisotropic conductive film 3. In such a way, as for the titled transparent electrode, the corrosion resistance property is strong, and it is not oxidized even if it is left as it is in the air, therefore, there is no change with the lapse of time as for an electric resistance, the electric resistance is not influenced by the variation of a temperature and humidity, and also, since the mechanical strength is excellent, it can be used as an input surface, for a transparent digitizer or a telewriting terminal for which write is executed directly by an input terminal such as an input pen, etc.</p> |
