This analyzing method applies to the binary alloy of nickel, titanium, e.g. shape memory alloy, and reduces analyzing materials, speeds analysis with reduction of errors. A specimen is dissolved by using sulphuric, flouric, and nitric acid medium. Adding cupferron solution deposits titanium at the bottom. The sediment and filtering sheet is combusted at below minimum 500≦̸C and then tistanium oxide (TiO2) is obtained by combustion at 1,050-1,100≦̸C during minimum 30min. The weight ratio of titanium is calculated by the weight of titanium oxide.
