PURPOSE:To jointly use the light source of an exposure device as the light source of destaticizing light by providing a hole or a light transmission part consisting of a transparent part which guides a part of light emitted from a lamp to a destaticization part on a heater base. CONSTITUTION:A heater unit 17 installed on the outer peripheral part of the lamp 15 is constituted of the heater base 23 which covers at least a part of the tube wall of the lamp 15 and a heating wire 24 installed inside the heater base 23. And, moreover, the hole or the light transmission part 26 consisting of the transparent part which can guide a part of the light emitted from the lamp 15 to the destaticization part 8 is provided on the heater base 23. Then, the tube wall of the lamp 15 can be heated in a specified temperature area by the heater unit 17 and desirable exposing light can be obtained even if a lamp whose light quantity is easily varied with an ambient temperature is used. And a part of the light emitted from the lamp 15 passes through the light transmission part 26 of the heater base 23 so as to be guide to the destaticization part 8. Thus, a part of the light emitted from the light source of the exposure device can be also used as the destaticizing light even if the lamp is covered with the heater unit, so that one light source can be effectively utilized. |
