<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the quick and accurate input of information by performing the processing in response to a pad area set when a touch ends after a touch detector detects the touch. CONSTITUTION:A touch starts at a time point t1 and ends at a time point t2. Then a pad is read at a time point t2. A computer 23 detects the touch signals synchronously with each other and stores the identification code of a pad area to update it. The identification code is read at an instant when the touch signal vanishes and the processing is carried out in response to the reading job of the identification code. Thus a finger or a pen is moved to secure a touch to an area A and detouched from a screen even in case a touch is given mistakenly to an area B when a touch is desired to the area A. A specific pad area having a touch is informed to an operator using such a method where the display of said pad area is inverted based on the identification code stored in the computer 23.</p> |
