<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an irregularity in the glossiness of toner by slanting at least some of a separation claw, a rib on the surface of a paper feed guide, and a rib on the surface of a paper discharge guide to the conveying direction of a form, and reducing variation in heating value that transfer toner on the form receives. CONSTITUTION:The separation claw 4 which is brought into contact with a fixing roll 2 to separate the form 2 from the fixing roll 2 is slanted by an angle alpha to the conveying direction of the form 7 to reduce variation in the heating value that the transfer toner on the form 7 receives. Thus, the separation claw 4 is slanted by the angle alpha to the conveying direction of the form 7 to reduce the contacting area of the separation claw 4 to the form 7 to <=1/10. Consequently, the heating value that the form 7 receives is made uniform and fine to reduce the irregularity in glossiness to a level where there is no problem.</p> |
