PURPOSE:To realize the lining of a long pipe line in a single process by a method wherein string-like materials are inserted between communicating parts, which are provided at proper intervals so as to connect outside, so as to proceed the fold-back portion of a lining material, which is turned inside out by pulling the string-like material, along a pipe line to the other end of the pipe line and, after that, the lining material is bonded onto the inner surface of the pipe line by means of fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION:A string-like material 3a, which is inserted between one end of a pipe line 1 and a communicating part 2a, is pulled through the communicating part 2a so as to proceed the fold-back portion 7 of a lining material 5, which is turned inside out by pulling the string- like material, near the communicating part 2a. The string-like material 6, which is pulled out through the communicating part 2a, is connected to a string-like material 3b, which is inserted in the pipe line 1 running between the communicating parts 2a and 2b. After that, by pulling both the string-like materials 3b and 6 through the communicating part 2b, the lining material in the pipe line 1 is turned inside out at the fold-back portion 7. The fold-back portion 7 is proceeded along the pipe line 1 and arrives in the neighborhood of the communicating part 2b. After that, the pipe line 1 is heated with the fluid pressure is kept in the pipe line, and left as is so as to harden adhesive in order to bond the lining material 5 onto the inner surface of the pipe line 1. |
