To increase the sound pressure and prevent the build up of air cushions between the webs of a frame and the diaphragm and for reducing deflection errors, the webs are provided with honeycomb shaped perforations which are horizontal to the support surface of the peripheral metal ring carrying the diaphragm, the wall thickness and height of which perforations can be of different types depending on the diameter of the adjoining perforations.
