PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconducting material having high critical temperature, narrow transition range and high critical current density, by calcining a mixture of ether-coordinated complexes of a specific group IIa element, a specific group IIIa element and copper. CONSTITUTION:The objective material can be produced by calcining a mixture of (A) an ether-coordinated complex of one or more kinds of elements selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba among the group IIa elements, (B) an ether-coordinated complex of one or more kinds of elements selected from Sc, Y and lanthanoids among the group IIIa elements and (C) an ether-coordinated complex of Cu. The ether-coordinated complex of the above metal may be a coordinated complex produced by adding various ethers to an organometallic compound or inorganic compound of various metallic elements. The ether is e.g. ethers such as diethyl ether or tetrahydrofuran, polyethers such as dioxane or diglyme, or cyclic polyethers such as dibenzo-18-crown-6 or dicyclohexano-18-crown-6. |
