The end tile is for a roof tiling system with a pattern of overlapping tiles with rounded ends giving a shingled effect is angle shaped in cross section. It is symmetrical about an axis (5) which intersects the right angle between the sides (4) passing through the cover (3). One end (6) of the side is higher than the other, and the height (b1) of the higher end is approximately to half the width of a shingle, plus double the thickness. The other height (b2) is about half the width plus a single thickness. Projecting inwards from the corner at the higher end is a sealing piece (7) matching the thickness of a shingle. Projecting inwards near the lower end is an angle shaped rib (9).
