PURPOSE:To decrease and eliminate static electricity flowing in from somewhere else by earthing one part of a metal base by a method wherein an antistatic layer is provided through an adherent good conductor layer on the metal base. CONSTITUTION:A metal base 1, which is a steel plate galvanized 2 and then chromate-treated 3, is used so as to provide an antistatic layer 5 through a bonding layer 4 onto the base 1. As bonding agent to form the bonding layer 4, modified polyolefin resin, modified epoxy resin, modified vinyl resin or the like with functional groups is exampled. As laminating thermoplastic resin to form the antistatic layer 5, polyolefin resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin or the like is exampled. The antistatic agent such as carbon powder, copper powder, other metal powder, surface active agent or the like is added to the resin just mentioned above, resulting in making into film. The particle diameter of said powder used is normally 100mum or less and preferably 0.1-100mum. |
