The present invention pertains to edible fat-containing products, in particular spreads, comprising at least 5 % of hardstock indigestible polyol fatty acid polyesters, the fat-phase being characterised by an, at least, two-peaked DSC-curve. The invention further pertains to a process for the preparation of such products. |
