PURPOSE:To hold a conference by communication with a few amount of information satisfactorily, by forming a conference block diagram by using a character or graphic information to specify an attendee, and displaying digital data in which an intention is declared in the neighborhood of the character or the graphic information in which the intention is declared. CONSTITUTION:A computer 1 generates the block diagram image of the conference by inputting the label data of the characters or the graphic information from the attendees in terminal equipments 2-6, and displays them on the terminal equipments 2-6. Next, a speaker is detected by the computer 1 after starting the conference, and a speaking code is distributed and transmitted to each of the terminal equipments 2-6, and the digital data in which the intention is declared is displayed in the neighborhood of the character or the graphic information of the speaker. The ayes and noes or the opinion of conference attendees for the data are processed similarly, and it is not required to display the image of the attendee, therefore, it is possible to hold the conference satisfactorily with a few amount of communication information. |
