<p>Synthetic peptides which are active in stimulating angiogenesis in animals are disclosed. The peptides have sequences substantially corresponding to amino acid sequences that occur in epidermal growth factor. Compositions including these synthetic peptides and a method for the stimulation of angiogenesis in animals are also disclosed.</p> |
