摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a bonded magnet having the smaller temperature coefficient of magnetization by mixing specific hard magnetic material powder, special soft magnetic material powder and a binder at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:Hard magnetic material powder (A) having the temperature coefficient of magnetization of -0.03--0.30%/ deg.C, soft magnetic material powder (B) having the reduction ratio of magnetization by a temperature of 20Gauss/ deg.C or more and a binder (C) are contained, and (A)/(B) is brought to 100/10-100/95 and [(A)+(B)]/(C) to 30/70-96/4 at a weight ratio. The powder of a ferrite magnet, the powder of a rare earth magnet, the powder of an Mn-Al-C magnet, etc., are cited as hard magnetic powder (A), and each powder is used singly or by mixing two kinds or more. The powder of soft ferrite, the powder of a magnetic metal, etc., are quoted as soft magnetic material powder (B), and each powder is employed singly or by mixing two kinds or more. Accordingly, a magnet, the temperature coefficient of magnetization of which is kept constant within a wide temperature range and magnetic characteristics of which do not change, is acquired.
