PURPOSE:To prevent the filtration apertures from clogging and to smoothly carry out the filtration by providing the sweeping-off device optionally operated on the surface of a hard plate type filter having filtration apertures. CONSTITUTION:The hard plate type filter 4 perforated with desired apertures is used and the sweeping-off device 6 for preventing clogging, such as a scraper, is operated on the surface of the filter 4 to always keep the plate type filter to be clean. By this method, the clogging due to the filtrated sludge is eliminated and an efficient filtration is carried out without the deterioration of filter effect, and moreover, this device is durable for the use of long period body washing, etc., because the plate type filter is hard. The device of this constitution is used for the filtration of edible oil and the extraction of drip coffee. |
