PURPOSE:To attain interruption based upon the disconnection of a power supply without using a backup power supply by using a storage medium having a document storing area for storing a document on the way of working to automatically read out the document on the way of working from the storage medium at the time of turning on the power supply. CONSTITUTION:A document file menu is displayed on a display 8 by depressing a specific key on a keyboard 10. When the temporary storage of a document on the way of formation is selected in accordance with the file menu, the document data on the way of formation is stored in a document storing area of a floppy disk 1. When the power supply is disconnected and then turned on again, a CPU 5 reads out the document on the way of formulation from a floppy disk 1 in accordance with a program stored in a program memory 11 and displays the read document on the display 8. |
