PURPOSE:To clean a filter of a liquid-intake part by means of reverse flow thereby to prevent clogging of the filter, by providing a check valve at a gas-intake vent, further providing a solenoid valve at a discharge vent for discharging excess gas in a pressurized vessel, and another solenoid valve between the outlet of the pressurized vessel and a depressurizing nozzle, and closing the solenoid valves at the time when a pump is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A liquid fed through a filter 2 and a gas fed through a gas-intake vent 4 are changed into a liquid containing dissolved gas, while flowing from a pump 1 and a pressurized vessel 3. The resulting liquid is sent to a nozzle 9, depressurized therein, and then discharged into a liquid to generate bubbles. Subsequently, the electric current is switched off to stop the pump 1, and at the same time, solenoid valves 8 and 7 are closed. As a result, immediately after the switching off of the electric current the inside of the pressurized vessel 3 is still in its pressurized state, with its pressure being 6-7kg/cm<2>. The only passage through which this remaining pressure can be released is that leading to the filter 2 through the pump 1, because the solenoid valves 8 and 7 have been closed. Therefore, the remaining pressure is released from the filter 2, cleaning the filter 2 by means of reverse flow. Thus, clogging of the filter can be prevented. In this apparatus, the remaining pressure is prevented from escaping through the air-intake vent 4 by providing a check valve 6. |
