CONSTITUTION: Exthothermic compositions that require at least aluminum, calcium hydroxide, and water, and if necessary, that is made up of a water holding agent, a water absorbent, an adsorbent, and a reaction inhibitor are separately packed so as to be separated into a solid composition and a liquid composition. By bringing them into contact when used, heat is generated. In the steam produced by the reaction of aluminum, calcium hydroxide, and water, there is no dissolution of components, and therefore steam is also utilized, and rapid heat conduction can be obtained. Further, since a heating value is large, and the volumetric change is small, the food heating/thermal insulating structure in which these exothermic compositions are incorporated, can be made compact.</p>
