PURPOSE:To produce a oxide superconducting material capable of raising up to 230-300K Tc onset by using the ceramics of a specified compsn. containing a IIIa group element, a IIa group element, and In, Sn or Sb. CONSTITUTION:The oxide superconducting material of this invention is shown by the formula. In the formula, x=0.1-1.0, y=2.0-4.0, z=1.0-4.0, w=4.0-10.0, v=0.01-3.0, A denotes >=1 element of the group IIIa in the periodic table, B denotes >=1 element of the group IIa in the periodic table, and X denotes >=1 element of indium, tin or antimony. The said electroconducting material can be produced by mixing the fine powders of halide, oxide or carbonate as a starting material, and then applying at least one time pressure and oxidation calcination to the mixture. In the prepn. of the said superconducting material, the 2-4N purity halide, oxide or carbonate is especially selected as the starting material, and this starting material is finely pulverized and mixed, and the compsn. of the product can be stoichiometrically controlled by freely changing the respective values of x, y, z, w, v in the formula. |
