PURPOSE:To obtain a high-reliability device with no occurrence of defect such as electrode cuttings, by varying conductor paste of electrode sheets used for uneven layers differently in its thickness from the conductor paste of the electrode sheets used for even layers. CONSTITUTION:Electrode sheets 4, protection sheets 3, and protection layers 7 are combined serially according to their lamination structure to form laminated layers in a metal mold. Then the electrode sheets 4 of 10mum in all their thicknesses of conductor paste are used on even layers 5. when a distance between the electrodes is large, electrode sheets 4a coated thick with conductor paste are used as uneven layers 6. Thereupon a high-reliability device with no occurrence of defect such as electrode cuttings due to conductor diffusion can be obtained without deterioration in its device strength. |
