PURPOSE:To obtain a product without any deformation by charging a core hardening the sand with fran resin, etc., in inner part of a part, which is easily deformed in a foam styrene pattern, next packing non-cohesive sand by vibration and executing casting. CONSTITUTION:The mixing material of non-setting fran resin, resin setting agent and molding and is packed into the core mold and hardened while leaving as it is, to form the core 4. The core 4 is packed in the inner part of the member and jointing part of two members is joined by applying adhesive liquid having the same kind as the foam styrene pattern. By this method, the casting product having faithfulness to the pattern without any deformation by the core is obtd. |
