PURPOSE:To obtain a drink composition containing a naturally occurring anticarcinogenic promoter and having anticarcinogenic effects, containing ursolic acid or oleanolic acid alone or both in a mixed state. CONSTITUTION:The titled drink composition containing ursolic acid or oleanolic acid alone which are a kind of triterpene having chemical structures shown by formula I and formula II, respectively and widely distribute in the plant kingdom or both in a mixed state. The drink composition includes fruit juice drink, carbonated beverage, sport drink, alcohol drink and further vegetable juice or soup and is obtained by adding a given amount of ursolic acid and/or oleanolic acid to these drinks. In the case, ursolic acid and oleanolic acid may be added as pure substances and a drink composition may contain extract of a plant containing both or one of the substances. |
