<p>PURPOSE: To avoid the crushing of particles such as regenerated iron ores and reduce the fine dividing thereof by feeding and mixing high-temperature particles from a combustion furnace in a feed passage for hydrous particles such as the regenerated iron ores and drying the high-temperature particles. CONSTITUTION: This fluidized bed combustion equipment is capable of feeding iron oxide particles together with an alkali pulp cooking waste liquor to a combustion furnace 1 and feeding and mixing high-temperature particles collected with a cyclone 6 installed at the outlet of the combustion furnace 1 or high-temperature particles at the bottom of the combustion furnace 1 in a feed passage 13 for hydrous particles such as regenerated iron ores or granulated iron ores to thereby evaporate surface adhesive moisture of the hydrous particles and dry the hydrous particles when burning an alkali pulp cooking waste liquor in a soda recovering boiler and recovering heat and soda. The resultant particles after the drying are then fed into the combustion furnace 1.</p> |
