It is characterised by the combination of units forming a panel comprising cut-out or moulded thermal insulation materials, built in stiffeners 4' reinforced and strengthened by a three-way network of fibres 13, the whole being held together by a lightweight insulating product. It is intended for the building industry in general and more particularly for roofing, being self-supporting over a large span, insulating without thermal bridge, lightweight, easy to use, fitted in the factory on both faces with standardised preparations facilitating site fixing of various coverings and installable in roofing, parallel to or at right angles to the slope. <IMAGE>
