PURPOSE:To reduce sliding friction caused by a sensitive material and to prevent the sticking of bubbles generated during development, by incorporating a specified slipping agent into the top layer of the sensitive material and a specified surfactant into the top layer or other layer which is present on the same side of the support as the top layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one of a silicone compd. and a compd. having an ester or ether bond as a slipping agent is incorporated into the top layer of a sensitive material and >=20mg/m<2> surfactant having >=0.005wt.% solubility in a developing soln. at 20 deg.C and <=45dyn/cm surface tension in the form of 1.0wt.% aq. soln. at 20 deg.C is incorporated into the top layer or other layer which is present on the same side of the support as the top layer. The slippability is improved and the sticking of bubbles generated during development is prevented. |
