PURPOSE:To easily discriminate a memory card by providing an address decoder to generate a signal for controlling of a driving circuit driving a liquid crystal display from an address signal inputted to the memory card. CONSTITUTION:When data to be displayed to the memory card is written to a specific address, the data are written to a memory element 4. A decoder 5 detects that the address written simultaneously is the same as the address set beforehand in an address recorder 5, and a latch signal is sent to a driving circuit 3 to drive a liquid crystal display 2 in response to it. The data latched to the driving circuit 3 is converted and outputted to a proper code for driving the liquid crystal display and displayed on a display device 2. In such a way, by providing the decoder in which the address duplicates with the latch of a memory element 1 and the driving circuit 3, the same data can be displayed on the display 2 as the code for discriminating simultaneously with writing to the memory 1. |
