PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an apparatus and miniaturize said apparatus by increasing the number of poles of a magnet rotor and by arranging armature coils or armature salient poles on both sides of said magnet rotor. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical magnet rotor 1 is fixed to a rotating shaft 2. An outer casing 3 is arcuate in the inner side face and shaped into one side one of halved flat hollow cylinders and said inner side face is opposed to the outer peripheral face of the magnet rotor 1 via air gap and armature coils 4a-4b are fastened thereto. Said rotating shaft 2 is rotatably supported by bearings 2a-2b in recessed notches 3a-3b of the outer casing 3. Further, said coils 4a-4b are embedded in a plastic molded body in an arcuate curved surface. An electric circuit is formed as IC where Hall elements acting as position sensing elements are formed into chips, and the projected part of its case 6 is fitted and fixed in an empty hole 3c. Then, conducting control circuits for armature coils 4a-4b are housed in two IC cases respectively to operate as two-phase semiconductor motor. |
