<p>In a process and device for doffing yarn bobbins, bobbin charging can be carried out automatically. The doffing device has a support frame in which one or more take-up mandrels (40) are held on one side by a mandrel-holding device (41-48). A handling device (70-73) which accepts a full bobbin has a coupling device (71) with which it can be coupled to the take-up mandrel. After coupling, the mandrel-holding device (41-48) is removed from the take-up mandrel (40) and the full yarn bobbin can be slid onto the take-up mandrel.</p> |
