PURPOSE:To reduce the space of installation and the cost of facilities by forming only idle hanger return lines into a single confluent flow line formed by combing together the flow lines of respective right and left door hangers. CONSTITUTION:After idle door hangers 4a to 4d are made free from the load of doors W1 to W4 at a door clinching station 3 pass through the door clinching station 3, they are collected into the respective pairs of door hangers 4a, 4b and 4c, 4d for left and right doors and are made to flow in an idle hanger return line 8 alternately and then returned to a door demounting station 2 through the return line 8 so as to be used for subsequent door conveyance. As a result, since there is only one return line 8 that returns the idle door hangers 4a to 4d,... like this, the space of installation and the cost of facilities can be reduced. |
