PURPOSE:To allow patients to apply medical treatment reservation by telephone call without being limited by a reception time and to allow the medical agency to eliminate the need for the arrangement of persons in charge of reservation by applying the reservation of medical treatment in the medical agency by the pushbutton operation of a pushbutton telephone set. CONSTITUTION:In detecting a call signal from a public telephone circuit by a line connection detection circuit 315, the line connection processing is applied. Then a voice signal corresponding to an operation guide message required for the reservation for medical treatment by the pushbutton telephone set is synthesized by the ADPCM system by the DMA control and the result is sent to a public telephone circuit and a treatment desired department, time zone and patient ID code are decoded from the DTMF signal sent from the public telephone circuit. The required medical treatment reservation registration is applied as to the decoded treatment department and the time zone as to the patient and the treatment reservation state as to each department and time zone is outputted. That is, 'The reservation for medical treatment is accepted. The reception reservation number is XXX. The reservation time is 00:00 to 00:00', such a message is outputted. Then the line disconnection processing is executed. |
