PURPOSE:To obtain the estimation of an amount of work and a work schedule in conformity with the characteristic of a targeted project, by executing a leveling function selected by leveling policy know-how data for the selection of an appropriate leveling function out of plural load leveling functions, and setting the work schedule. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate amount of work is estimated from correction rule data in which the correction of the estimation basic data of the amount of work is defined by the characteristic of a project, and the project characteristic data of the targeted project. Also, the load piling of an estimated amount of work is performed setting the earliest start possible time as a tentative start time, and an initial work schedule is prepared. Next, the work schedule is generated by selecting the load leveling function to be executed from leveling policy rule data incorporated in a system and the result of the initial work schedule based on a work allocation status, and executing the leveling of a load. When the amount of work exceeds a delivery data or a resource capacity, a load leveling processing is repeated, and the processing completed when it is realized within the resource capacity. |
