发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS THERMAL COOKING OF FOOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To thermally cook a food with facilitated temperature control and excellent thermal efficiency without temperature unevenness, by carrying out heating and temperature control of a top board using electromagnetic induction heating in thermally cooking the food on the top board and continuously performing the thermal cooking of the food in the top board. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a top board consisting of a continuously rotating metallic endless belt 1 is heated at 140 deg.C with a coil 2 for preheating the belt provided around the endless belt 1 and a food, such as dough for crepes, is fed onto the top board 1 by a dough feeder 8 and heated by electromagnetic induction heating using a temperature recovery coil 3 and temperature keeping coil 4 while controlling the temperature with temperature measuring instruments 5-7 and power controller 9. Thereby the food on the top board 1 is continuously and thermally cooked.
