PURPOSE: To save the fresh water necessary for leaching by using the waste water of the part which is the waste water emitted by leaching of fish meat by a rotary sieve and is not much contaminated again to the leaching of the fish meat. CONSTITUTION: Fishes are subjected to meat removal and only the fish meat is put into the center of the perforated plate 6 of a tank 5 contg. water. The fish meat is ground to suitable particles in the tank and is subjected to leaching under agitation. The fish meat and the water are then admitted from the discharge hole 25 of the tank 5 to the rotary sieve 1 and is subjected to the finishing of the leaching. Further, the sewage produced as a result of the leaching of the fish meat is discharged from a discharge pipe 24. The less contaminated waste water discharged into the area of a waste water receiver 2 is degreased and is admitted into the tank 5 which is held at a specified water level by a water level controller such as ball tap 4. The water is again used for the leaching of the fish meat, by which the fresh water necessary for the leaching is saved. |
