<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of address terminals of a microprocessor by outputting no address at the progress of the continuous program addresses and outputting the information value equivalent to the number of discontinuous program addresses as the address vector information. CONSTITUTION:An address is added to an DMA controller 4 as long as the data on an address vector bus 6 has no change. The data on the added address is outputted to a program data bus 13 and read by a microprocessor 1. While the address vector information is outputted when the contents of the bus 6 are replaced at the branching operation carried out by decision of the conditions of a program sequence. Thus it is possible to decrease the number of address terminals of the processor 1.</p> |
