PURPOSE:To readily obtain a sweetener having excellent dispersion to water, storing properties and uniformity having antistatic property without scattering and hygroscopic properties in low energy consumption and low cost, by blending an anhydrous crystalline lactitol with a synthetic sweetener having high sweet ness and prescribed amount of water and as necessary molding the blend. CONSTITUTION:1pts.wt. anhydrous crystalline lactitol containing about <= 1wt.% water content and having about 150mu central particle size in 32 mesh-through particle is blended with 0.005-1pts.wt. synthetic sweetener having high sweetness such as aspartame, saccharin (sodium), sucralose or aritheem and 3-12wt. water based on the anhydrous crystalline crystalline lactitol and as necessary the blend is formed into granular or beads shape by extruding granulator, fluid layer granulator, mixing granulator, etc. |
