PURPOSE:To obtain a safe low-cost cooling agent, containing a solvent composition prepared by blending NH4NO3 with NH4Cl at a specific ratio and water without a danger of explosion, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed cooling agent containing (A) 30-50wt.% solvent composition prepared by blending (i) >=50wt.% (preferably 50-80wt.%) NH4NO3 with (ii) <=50wt.% (preferably 20-50wt.%) NH4Cl and (B) water. Furthermore, viscosity of the component (B) containing <=8wt.% viscosity increasing agent, e.g. CMC, and/or water absorbing gel material therein is increased to provide effects, such as transportability, control of useful life, deterioration in thermal conductivity, etc. |
