发明名称 MICROWAVE POWER DETECTION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an error signal from being sent onto ground by controlling optimizingly the temperature coefficient of a power detector corresponding to a temperature coefficient of an output power so as to vary consecutively a telemetory voltage in following to a microwave even at the transition of temperature. CONSTITUTION:The microwave power detection system consists of an oscillator 1, an amplifier 2 and power detectors 3, 4, a microwave output is outputted from a microwave output terminal 5 and a telemetory power is extracted from telemetory output terminals 6, 7 of the oscillated output. Moreover, the power detector 4 consists of a directional coupler 41, a resistor 42, a diode 43, a filter 44 and a thermister 45 being a thermosensing element. The temperature characteristic as the telemetory output of the system is decided by the temperature characteristic of the coupling degree of a coupler 41 and the temperature characteristic of the diode 43 and the thermister 45. Then the temperature coefficient of the output voltage is set as -2 ARVOLT/ deg.C-+ARVOLT/ deg.C from a low temperature to a room temperature and that from a room temperature to a high temperature is set in a range of -2AR VOLT/ deg.C-+0 VOLT/ deg.C, where R is the coefficient converting the output voltage into the telemetory voltage and the temperature coefficient of the output voltage is -AdB/ deg.C.
